 We have received strong interest in the Margaret River Region, which is located around 3 - 4 hours drive south of Perth. A number of suitable properties are being investigated and we are now inviting expressions of interest to secure participation in the establishment of a "beach house" or "rural retreat" style property in this highly sought after destination in Australia.

New Zealand - Queenstown & Wanaka

a We are actively assessing properties in this magical alpine playground. This area of New Zealand offers almost every activity imaginable from snow and water sports, to alpine walks and mountaineering, horse riding, aviation or just pure enjoyment of the magnificent scenery. Other Locations - Australia - New South Wales and Queensland, and Canada

Our longer term plans include the establishment of properties at locations along the central eastern Australian coastline.

We also recently developed a proposal to acquire a ski lodge in the Canadian ski resort of Big White. However, due to the weakening Australian Dollar, this project was placed on hold.
