Jacaranda - The Location
The property is situated on Nunile Road approximately 6km east of the historic town of Toodyay (pronounced “Toojay”). Toodyay is a country town, first established in 1833, situated on the banks of the Avon River (major tributary of the Swan River which flows through Perth and Fremantle). Toodyay is 75km to the east of Perth and just over a 1 hour drive from Perth and the International Airport.
The town itself is quaint and rural, yet with all the facilities you may need (coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor shops, pubs, etc.). Within a short drive of Toodyay, you will find a number of beautiful wineries, where you can have a picnic lunch or eat al fresco and taste the local produce.
